Running in the evenings just isn't happening for me right now. Starting today I've switched back to mornings. This morning I got out at 5AM under head torch for a 45 minute jaunt. At -3°C with 2m visibility in the dark fog it was not a very spectacular outing, but the body was willing and feels good to have done it. Pressure is off for the evening now.

One time is not a habit, but I intend to make it one. Back in Aus I basically did all my running in the mornings. When I moved to NZ I lost that routine. NZ has the luxury of sunshine til close to 10PM in Summer, so I may change things up when it gets to that time of year.
