It's time to plant some garlic. I'll be using bulbs from last year's crop, which is a continuation from a 2022 purchase of bulbs from Te Mata Garlic NZ. I don't know what varieties are what anymore, and could not really tell the difference in taste anyway, but they seem to like it down at the allotment. Good to have something in the ground over winter too.
