Big afternoon of making Korean kimchi with a friend. 5 hours all up. I'm exhausted. Friend grew the apples, I grew the cabbage, garlic and spring onion. We chowed down on some sesame seeded and oiled cabbage while we went to work, dipping into the paste we used in the final product. Everything has been delicious and I have an amazing sensation in my mouth right now. Can't wait to get into this stuff in a month or so (if I can wait that long).
