Friyay. Certainly feeling Autumn in the air. Nice to have the cooler nights. Still blistering hot in the sun when it's out. Got a feel for the challenges of the job in the cold, installing a satellite dish on a rainy crisp morning. Left knee is a bit sore. Going to cut back on the running. More stretches. Maybe a little more riding. Did another rogaine on Wednesday, which may have flared it up a bit. Just niggly. Not terrible. I skipped the run group last night, but it was worse this morning when I woke. That's annoying.

Feeling motivated to crack into building the pergola. I will visit the hardware store after work today and see if I can get the timber delivered. I have all the tools and most of the other materials.

Morning coffee is going down well. It's a strong black stovetop with a dollop of coconut oil.
