Ok got python going again. Using pipx for the first time which confused me but I can see the benefits now I've kind of got my head around environments. Also using the Geany IDE which is much lighter weight than Spyder. I got my profiles up to date, but the outputs of the last 3 weeks are a different size because something is funky in how I set and save the matplotlib plt figsize.
