Proud to say I've been eating carrots, beets and rocket from the garden all through winter. My staggered plantings before it got too cold seemed to work. I ran out of spuds, but I still have a few garlic and onion hanging in the garage.</p> <p>I've got some ideas for this part of the website. The calendar at the top is just a prototype. I want to spruce it up and automate it somehow. I find it's hard grasping dates when people garden blog on opposite hemispheres so hopefully this will help. I'll get some photos in too which will liven the place up a bit.</p>
