Was noticing I was tired in the mornings from staying up late studying and/or tinkering so I've changed my routine up over the last few weeks. I'm now in bed early and awake early. I do "knowledge work" from 5-6am, stretches, then get ready for work. In the evenings I do exercises, cooking and winding down with a book. As a result I've been sleeping better, awake less tired in the mornings, and feel a lot more productive all round.

Finished the KNX basics online course, in preparation for the practical up in Auckland starting tomorrow. Three of us are flying up first thing tomorrow for the 2 day course. Looking forward to it.
-
Not running too much as work has been physically taxing lately. Doing a lot of stretching and light exercises though to keep me sane.
-
Planted the winter garlic crop.

Received a couple of free old PC Engine alix system boards so have been tinkering around to see if I can get them running. I managed to connect in with a Serial to USB adapter, but haven't got much further. Came across Wesley Moore's post where he managed to get Chimera Linux running on exactly the same hardware, so I will not give up hopes.
-
Installed Tails OS on a USB stick. Pretty cool that I can essentially carry around a portable Linux OS and load it from any machine's boot menu. I've set up encrypted persistent storage. Considering starting a new "USB website" where the whole thing is built on the stick, but I publish to a service like NoLog Pages.

Bought a new keyboard. It's just a standard wireless logi 100% keyboard (with numpad) and mouse, but it is a tonne better than my old one with broken bits and pieces.
-
Watched Andor Season 1, and continue to watch Mobland Season 1. I've just started to watch Mr Robot Season 1 as well. Never seen that show. Enjoying. I went for years without watching movies and TV shows, but lately ever since I scored a free TV a few months back, I've been bingeing alot. I will be careful to not become a couch potato. It is nice though to wind down after some big days.

Continue to read Babel.

Started the Bandit OverTheWire Wargame to learn a bit more about infosec and the command line. I really like the wargames concept. Fantastic way to learn. Wargame Nexus has a good list.
